Accreditation Stages
1. Initial
- Overview of Vinsafe including R&D, Know How, Patents, experience with wine in a can etc.
- Confidentiality agreement between Barokes and wine producer/vendor to be signed.
2. Contract Agreement
- Wine Producer & Vendor Licence to be signed between both parties.
- Access to Vinsafe Wine roduction Guidelines.
3. Discussion
- Wine varieties intended to be canned.
- Minimum can/case run per sku.
- Artwork requirements for can, wrap and carton.
- Wine specifications required for Vinsafe.
4. Commercialisation
- Review of wine(s) to be canned with supporting wine documentation (ie Certificate of Analysis & LIP) to ensure that wine parameters are within Vinsafe specifications and wine is suitable for canning.
- Master of Wine review of wines for Vinsafe.
- Winery introduced to Vinsafe approved filling facility that will co-ordinate can production and filling schedule.
5. Operational
- Account manager appointed by winery/wine vendor as contact point.
- Vinsafe contact person appointed.
- Supply of ongoing Technical Assistance.
- Supply of relevant training for staff.
- Supply of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supply of Vinsafe Quality (Assurance/Control) Manual
- Access to wine in a can patented markets
- Access to Vinsafe marketing strategy
